We provide shipping services across all regions of Pakistan. Orders are delivered to the postal address provided by the customer at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all delivery details are accurate and complete.
2. Delivery Time
Orders are typically processed and delivered within up to 3 working days. Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons, promotional campaigns, public holidays, or due to unforeseen logistical delays or nationwide disruptions.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details may be shared via email or SMS (where applicable), allowing customers to monitor their shipment status until delivery.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
GumVits offers a secure and convenient Cash on Delivery (COD) option across Pakistan.
● Payment is collected at the time of delivery.
● Customers must pay the courier before receiving the parcel.
● COD orders are subject to courier verification and service availability in certain areas.
● In case of refusal or failed delivery attempts, COD access may be restricted for future orders.
5. Parcel Inspection
For security reasons, courier companies may not allow opening of parcels before payment. Customers are advised to carefully inspect the package immediately after receiving it.
If the parcel appears damaged, tampered with, or inconsistent with the order, please contact our customer support team without delay.
For verification purposes, customers are strongly advised to record a short unboxing video at the time of opening the parcel to ensure safe delivery and accurate order fulfillment.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Exchange Policy. Customers are encouraged to review that policy before initiating any return request.
7. Delivery Responsibility
Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier service, responsibility for delivery lies with the logistics provider. However, GumVits will assist customers in resolving delivery-related issues wherever possible.
