Exchange & Return Policy

At GumVits, customer satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to delivering high-quality products in excellent condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Exchange & Return Policy below.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

● Products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order.

● Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all safety seals intact.

● Opened, used, damaged, or tampered products are not eligible for return or exchange.

● Products that have been improperly stored or exposed to excessive heat, direct sunlight, moisture, or other conditions that may affect their quality after delivery will not be eligible for return or exchange.

● Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted based on personal preferences regarding taste, flavor, texture, or appearance, nor for minor variations in the color, shape, or texture of gummy supplements resulting from natural ingredients or the manufacturing process.

● Promotional, discounted, clearance, or special-offer items may not qualify for returns or exchanges unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

● Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or invoice, is required for all return and exchange requests.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

● Contact the GumVits customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order.

● Provide your order number and the reason for your return or exchange request.

● Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to return the product.

● Ensure that the product is securely packed and that a copy of the invoice or proof of purchase is included with the return shipment.

● Returns and exchanges will be processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Return Shipping

● Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

● GumVits is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds

● Once the returned item has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.

● Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or to a designated bank account, where applicable.

● Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error on the part of GumVits.

● In case the product is shipped back to our store via courier, the payment will be transferred to your online bank account (that you will have to provide us by emailing at contact@gumvits.ae)

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with your order details and photographs of the item. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

How to order

Placing an order on Gumvits Store is fairly simple and pretty self explanatory, however, below are the detailed steps on how you can place an order online.

1. Click on the product and go to the detail page of the product that you want to order.
2. Click on Add To Cart button on the product detail page

• Click on Keep Shopping if you want to add more product to your order by following the above steps
• Click on Proceed To Checkout.
• Add your personal details including your address for delivery of your order.
• Click on Continue To Payment.
• Select Payment Option (Cash On Delivery  |  Credit Card)
• Click on Place Order
